The Opportunity

SnapMagic is looking for a Customer Success & Growth Lead to own the post sales customer journey end-to-end. This highly visible role combines customer success, account management, and operational leadership. Responsibilities include helping customers realize value from SnapMagic, driving renewals and expansion, and building systems and processes that allow Customer Success to scale. The role involves direct customer interaction as well as owning operational aspects such as improving renewal workflows, customer health tracking, onboarding processes, reporting, and playbooks. Ideal for someone who enjoys both building relationships and building systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own Customer Success: Manage the customer journey end-to-end from onboarding to renewal and expansion; ensure customers realize measurable value; develop strategies for long-term success.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders; serve as trusted advisor; understand customer goals; identify opportunities for additional value; proactively address risks.
  • Customer Operations & Process Support: Build and improve systems, processes, and playbooks that power Customer Success; develop scalable approaches to onboarding, health monitoring, renewals, reporting, account planning.
  • Renewals and Expansion: Own renewal conversations and retention outcomes; identify upsell/account growth opportunities; build ROI-driven business cases; partner with customers to expand success.
  • Technical Support: Become expert in SnapMagic's products and workflows; help customers navigate technical challenges; diagnose issues; drive resolution with Product and Engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Revenue Operations or related customer-facing role (preferably early stage startup environment)
  • Experience owning renewals and customer retention metrics
  • Strong commercial judgment with ability to identify/execute expansion opportunities
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and executive stakeholders
  • Customer-centric mindset passionate about delighting customers and driving success; proactive, empathetic
  • Operational mindset with track record of improving processes/building scalable systems
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity; problem-solving independently
  • Strong data/metrics analysis skills to identify trends, track health, drive insights for improvement
  • High ownership mentality with bias toward action
  • Hybrid position requiring in-person work 3 days per week in San Francisco office
