Customer Success Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support via chat, Intercom, and calls.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and guide customers for seamless onboarding.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations empathetically and professionally.
• Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex issues.
• Identify recurring queries to improve product usability and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with ongoing support.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide insights from customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and resolutions using CRM tools.
• Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing.
