- Engage with customers via Zoom calls and emails in a technical consultancy and advisor role during post-sales process while providing technical guidance
- Provide technical architectural and best practice guidance
- Drive achievement of measurable value (business outcomes), leading to product adoption renewal expansion
- Align with Account Executives Renewals Managers to provide customer-facing subject matter expertise based on customer business objectives
- Focus on solution-based programs customized for individual customer needs
- Develop collaborate on customer workshops demos other enablement
- Maintain specialty competency in one or more technologies related to GitLab market focus through training certification creation of working examples for reuse internally customers partners
- Continuously improve professional skills focusing on personal mastery team learning through training reading mentorship
- Contribute to docs YouTube channel other enablement programs such as Digital Journey
What You\u2019ll Bring
- Experience with a GitLab use case (SCM CI CD DevSecOps Agile Planning) providing in-depth customer guidance enablement
- Proficiency using DevSecOps tools or highly technical tooling adjacent fields
- Specialize in GitLab use cases providing in-depth guidance enablement customers all sizes including large enterprise organizations
- Technical experience development or systems engineering
- Demonstrated capacity clearly concisely communicate about complex technical architectural organizational problems propose thorough iterative solutions
- Ability become trusted technical advisor customer business leaders
- Exceptional verbal presentation written communication skills
- Excellent time management ability work several different teams simultaneously
