Location: Shanghai, China Language Requirement: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English Role Summary: The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support Tenjin’s fast-growing customer base, especially developers and marketers in China and other Asian markets. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize the value of Tenjin’s platform, optimize user acquisition performance, and solve technical and marketing challenges. The role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support and consulting to Chinese-speaking developers using Tenjin’s platform.
  • Help customers understand attribution, reporting, campaign analysis, and user acquisition performance.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, product training, and feature walkthroughs in Mandarin.
  • Escalate and follow up on technical issues with product/engineering teams.
  • Collect product feedback and communicate it internally.
  • Support sales with upsell/renewal opportunities through strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create educational materials for Chinese-speaking users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field; outstanding fresh graduates with relevant skills considered.
  • 1–2 years experience in mobile user acquisition (UA), game publishing, client success, ad tech, consulting or related field.
  • Native-level Mandarin and fluent English.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset comfortable with dashboards/data/performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently managing multiple customers/priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as publishing manager or UA manager for mobile games/apps.
  • Passion for mobile marketing/ad tech for fresh graduates.
  • Familiarity with MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners), ad networks or UA platforms (AppsFlyer, TikTok Ads, Facebook, Unity).
  • Experience supporting global advertising campaigns or mobile apps.
  • Basic SQL or data querying knowledge.
  • Ability to explain SDKs/APIs/attribution to non-technical customers.
