Your Role at Upflow

Upflow seeks a native English speaker fluent in French with experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). Based in Paris office managing a 50:50 split of US and EMEA accounts. The Customer Success team focuses on outstanding customer experience, excellent Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and championing Upflows value. Upflow is product-led with focus on easy sign-up, seamless onboarding, minimal Time To First Value (TTFV), and user communication through the product to unlock revenue. Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale a portfolio of US and EMEA accounts
  • Forecast, hit, exceed NRR expansion goals
  • Ensure ongoing user satisfaction and retention
  • Build strategic account plans identifying growth opportunities
  • Identify and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders (Upflow Champions)
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with all accounts
  • Advise on best practices around product usage leveraging platform knowledge
  • Improve internal processes for automation and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Product Team as Voice-of-the-Customer
  • Work with Marketing to convert customers into advocates

Who You Are

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in CSM role at successful SaaS companies
  • Native English speaker with excellent written/verbal French skills (Mandatory)
  • Growth-focused with proven track record exceeding targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in fast-paced environment
  • Proven relationship-building skills delivering outcomes
  • Customer-centric passionate about outstanding service
  • Data-driven, analytical, process-oriented
  • Eager to learn and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Based in Paris

Nice to have:

  • Previous Sales experience
  • Experience in finance/Fintech/AR industry
  • Experience using ERPs/accounting tools like Netsuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Zuora, Stripe
