- Responsibilities:
- Managing active accounts and ensuring clients get the best out of Exceptionly.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients.
- Identifying potential new clients and running outreach campaigns with an experimental mindset.
- Using Hubspot, Google Drive, LinkedIn, and other tools daily.
- Running regular check-in calls with past and active clients.
- Monitoring and reporting weekly sales performance.
- Handling budgets and client invoices.
Requirements
- Commerce/Marketing/Business Admin. graduate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English speaking and Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Proven working experience as project manager
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Hands on online sales (Preferred SaaS)
