What you'll be doing
- Be a Customer Champion: Handle customer complaints swiftly and efficiently, providing tailored solutions within tight timeframes. Follow-up is crucial to ensure resolutions stick.
- Solve problems: Solve problems our customers face by collaborating with the rest of the ARQ team and come up with product proposals to decrease workload.
- You will get things done: Beyond scope of work and priorities, it is in ARQ's DNA to do whatever it takes to win.
What you'll need
- Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (verbal and written).
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Problem Solving skills: capable of breaking down problems into subcomponents to find root causes and optimal solutions.
- Eager to work hard and go extra mile for customer satisfaction.
- Empathy: able to interpret user concerns and help them get best experience possible out of ARQ.
- Resourcefulness with attention to detail and due diligence.
- Ability to work well as part of a team; driven, relentless, proven closer who doesn’t take no for an answer.
