How You'll Make an Impact:
- Act as the voice and advocate for customers.
- Provide exceptional support by resolving questions and troubleshooting issues across multiple channels.
- Strengthen client relationships, promote software adoption, and share feedback to shape platform future.
- Create training materials, update support resources, and stay ahead of system updates.

- Fully remote team of over 60 global Customer Support professionals.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences via live chat, email, and phone.

What you Bring to the Team:
- Assist/support customers daily in using Cloudbeds software.
- Resolve inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other media.
- Troubleshoot and make outbound calls for escalated issues.
- Foster strong customer relationships with empathy to drive loyalty and retention.
- Gather customer feedback for future software releases.
- Use training materials and attend online training sessions to stay updated.
What Sets You Up for Success:
- 1+ years hospitality experience (hotels, hostels, BNBs) in roles like Front Desk, Night Auditor, Revenue Manager, General Manager or similar.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Native or fluent English speaker.
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
- High learning agility.
- Relevant graduation course or 2+ years proven experience in the area.
- Computer/system skills.
- Excellent internet/wifi connection.
