Job Description / Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, data quality issues, and operational bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and develop scalable solutions to address recurring issues.
- Automate workflows, data transformations, and reporting using Python and SQL.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data monitoring frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and present findings along with actionable recommendations.
- Continuously improve existing automation scripts and data pipelines for scalability and efficiency.
- Document workflow logic, automation scripts, and solution design clearly for internal stakeholders.
