Analyze data across awareness, acquisition,

retention, revenue, and referral to find growth opportunities.

Conduct analyses to guide strategic decisions.
Design and evaluate experiments for impactful feature releases.
Define and monitor KPIs; build scalable frameworks and dashboards.
Shape data foundations and processes for analytics practice.

Candidate Profile:

Passionate about audio AI.
Highly motivated with strong work ethic.
Analytical with a first principles mindset.
Strives for excellence and works autonomously.

Required Skills:

Expertise in product analytics with strong SQL/Python skills.
Strong product sense and ability to derive insights from data.
Understanding of product metrics like retention,

activation, LTV.

Experience designing/analyzing A/B tests with statistical integrity.
Experience building data pipelines and dashboards.
