The Marketing Team @ Pave
- Small but rapidly scaling marketing team.
- Role: Demand Marketing Manager to build campaigns targeting key personas and accounts.
- Focus on creating demand through storytelling across channels.
What You'll Do
- Launch integrated campaigns targeting key buyers with full-funnel motions across paid social, content syndication, and partnerships to deliver qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Launch tiered account-based marketing programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to break into and progress opportunities with high-value accounts.
- Build and scale a webinar program showcasing customers, partners, and thought leadership to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing Ops and Revenue Ops for campaign reporting, pipeline tracking, and success measurement.
- Equip SDRs and Sales with campaign assets, outbound personas/messaging aligned to campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
- Identify and test new growth channels/assets before scaling successful initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- 4-6 years experience in growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Experience with product-led and sales-led growth motions preferred.
- Strong analytical skills using marketing analytics platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead scoring, smooth marketing-sales handoffs.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, webinar platforms, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), outbound platforms.
- Self-starter able to manage multiple campaigns cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator able to present campaign performance and pipeline impact to sales leaders/executives.
Compensation
- Targeted cash compensation: $136,000 - $160,000
