The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If the role is non-exempt, overtime pay will be provided consistent with applicable laws. About the role

OpenAI is hiring a Deployed PM to help our customers get maximally deployed on our products. This person is the product counterpart to Deployment Engineers: someone who can spot product expansion opportunities inside an account, build trust with technical and executive stakeholders, drive cross-functional execution,and turn blockers into momentum. The role sits at the intersection of product, technical deployment,and customer strategy.

In this role,you will

• Act as the product lead inside strategic customer accounts helping customers adoptand expand their use of OpenAI products.
• Identify opportunities for deeper deployment,new integrations,and broader product usage across teamsand workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders engineering leaders,and executives including representing product vision to C-level audiences.
• Partner closely with Deployment Engineersand GTM teams to drive successful implementationsand long-term account growth.
• Translate customer needsand technical blockers into clear product feedbackand execution paths for internal teams.
• Work hands-on with integrations MCPs tooling,and lightweight technical workflows when neededto unblock an account.
• Own lightweight PM work neededto support enterprise deployment then hand offthe right insightsand opportunities to core product teams.

• You are highly credible with technical audiencesand can work effectivelywith CTOs senior engineers,and developer experience teams.

• You can understanda customer's goals translate them into a deployment strategy,and drive follow-through across multiple teams.
• You are builder-mindedand willingto get hands-on when needed.
• You likely have a backgroundas a technical founder product founder technical PM solutions or product lead or in another role that combines technical depthwith product judgmentand customer-facing execution.
