DevOps Engineer

Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a highly capable DevOps Engineer to build and optimize the technical foundation of the company. This role is critical in helping us scale engineering speed, reliability, and cost efficiency while supporting our next phase of growth in AI-native products. You will work directly with leadership and engineering teams to improve cloud systems, databases, observability, internal platforms, developer productivity, and architecture. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who enjoys solving deep engineering problems with business impact. KRAs Infra Cost Ownership

• Reduce cloud + infra cost through architecture improvements, rightsizing, caching, autoscaling, storage optimization, and vendor efficiency.
• Bring visibility into infra cost drivers with dashboards and accountability.

Database / Server Optimization

• Improve database performance, indexing, query latency, replication health, and scalability.
• Fix wasteful server usage, inefficient workloads, and system bottlenecks.
• Lead structured tech debt reduction in backend infra systems.

Platform Engineering

• Build reusable internal foundations for future products and engineering teams.
• Improve CI/CD, environments, secrets management, service templates, deployment systems, and common tooling.
• Standardize how new systems are built.

AI Productivity for Engineers

• Introduce AI-native workflows for coding, debugging, documentation, reviews, support, incident RCA, and internal tooling.
• Improve engineering productivity using modern AI systems.

Reliability / Monitoring

• Build strong observability across logs, metrics, alerts, uptime, incidents, and dashboards.
• Reduce downtime and improve mean time to recovery.
• Improve release confidence and system trust.

Engineering Leadership Contribution

• Drive long-term infra roadmap.
• Partner with backend teams on architecture quality.
