About the role: Samsara is in search of an energetic and high EQ Product Management leader who excels in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. This role is rooted in a fervent commitment to scaling operations, shaping culture, and providing comprehensive sales technology solutions, all while ensuring exceptional employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our GTM, legal, finance, marketing,and other teams to jointly craft and refine technology strategies that propel Samsara's rapid growth ,while delivering outstanding connected experiences for our seller personas. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska ,Austin Metro ,Boulder Metro ,California ,Chicago Metro ,Connecticut ,Dallas Metro ,Denver Metro ,Houston Metro ,Maryland ,Massachusetts ,New Jersey ,New York ,Rhode Island ,Seattle Metro ,and Washington ,D.C. In this role,you will:

  • Build and Lead a World-Class Product Team: Recruit ,develop,and scale a high-performing Product Management organization focused on delivering best-in-class products and experiences for our sellers and customers.
  • Define the Sales Platform Vision & Roadmap: Partner closely with GTM leadership to translate business objectives and processes into a clear technology strategy and roadmap that delivers measurable business value.
  • Integrate AI into the Sales Platform: Leverage AI and automation to streamline seller workflows ,improve forecasting accuracy,and enhance customer insights. Identify high-impact use cases and drive responsible ,scalable AI adoption across the GTMS ecosystem.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Build strong partnerships with Sales ,Marketing ,Deal Desk ,Engineering,and Customer Support to ensure alignment on goals,trades-offs,and execution.
  • Decision-Making & Prioritization: Evaluate trade-offs and allocate resources effectively based on business impact ,technical feasibility,and strategic objectives.
  • Design Thinking & Problem Solving: Apply user-centered design and analytical rigor to simplify complex workflows ,improve usability,and deliver intuitive ,scalable solutions.

  • Hire,develope,and lead an inclusive engaged,and high performing team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 12+ years in Product Management leadership for large-scale software or platform ecosystems; strong background in Sales Technology (CRM CPQ CLM EMS)and Quote-to-Cash systems .
  • AI Product Expertise: Proven experience defining AI-driven product strategies working with ML/AI engineering teams,and operationalizing AI use cases to improve business performance .
  • Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to influence across functions communicate complex ideas clearly,and drive consensus at all levels of organization .
  • Vision & Change Leadership:12+ years driving digital product strategyand leading transformation across global matrixed environments .
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred .
  • Industry Background: Experience operating in large-scale fast-growth environments ($2B–$10B+ ARR) with subscription/XaaS models.

Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy: Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role level,and geography) that is at or above market . We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles . For eligible roles,a new hire RSU award may be awarded at time of hire,and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually . We pay for performance,and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market . The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below .
