Lead, coach, and elevate a globally distributed Salesforce engineering organization, building a high-velocity, high-discipline delivery team focused on quality, predictability, and speed.
Assess the current team structure, capabilities, practices, and tech stack, and rapidly develop and implement an organizational and execution improvement plan that increases clarity, accountability, and throughput.
Partner closely with the Enterprise Application Architect and Product organization to simplify the quote-to-cash landscape and enable rapid product and SKU introduction and ensure successful delivery of impactful outcomes.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand strategic challenges and requirements, ensuring these insights inform system simplification, enhanced functionality, and an improved user experience.
Implement modern engineering practices including coding standards, CI/CD, test automation, documentation, code review discipline, and release management excellence.
