Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering ,or Mathematics ,or a related field + 10 years experience including at least 5 years direct people management
Experience building/scaling engineering orgs through rapid growth or formation
Strong technical background setting architecture/technical direction for complex distributed systems/cloud platforms
Experience leading engineering in regulated/high-control environments requiring reliability/auditability/change management
Experience partnering with senior cross-functional/executive stakeholders on business-critical platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building core financial infrastructure such as ledgering/payments/deposits/funding/reporting/financial integrations
Experience in banking/fintech/payments/regulated financial systems
Experience building platforms supporting internal controls/audits/reliable operation in regulated environments
Experience leading platform modernization/core-system launches/infrastructure transformations
Demonstrated ability attracting/developing strong technical talent in competitive hiring markets
Interest in improving access to credit through technology/scalable financial infrastructure

Position location: This role is available in Remote; San Mateo , CA; Columbus , OH Travel requirements: Majority work can be accomplished remotely but encouraged regular onsite collaboration once or twice per quarter.
