Job Title: Director of Sales Company: Mobius Materials Location: Richmond preferred, Remote with Quarterly travel OK
About Mobius Materials
Mobius Materials is transforming the electronic components supply chain through a next-generation B2B marketplace that connects OEMs, contract manufacturers, and hardware companies directly with verified excess electronic inventory from global sellers. Buyers gain access to authenticated integrated circuits, discrete semiconductors, and other components at 10–70% savings, while sellers recover value from unused stock rather than scrapping it. By reducing waste and supply-chain friction, Mobius is powering a more efficient, sustainable, and transparent ecosystem for industries like consumer electronics, industrial systems, aerospace, and healthcare.
Job Overview

The Director of Sales will drive revenue growth, build a high-performing sales team, develop enterprise relationships, and own the processes and infrastructure needed to support aggressive expansion. This is a player/coach role and you will remain hands-on with key enterprise accounts, high-value deals, and forecasting. You will lead two sales people. You will collaborate cross-functionally across the company to ensure alignment between sales efforts, marketplace operations, product, and customer success.

- Collaborate with product and engineering to communicate customer needs and influence roadmap priorities.
- Work with marketplace operations and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding, fulfillment, and retention.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
