Position Summary
- Responsible for building, launching, monetizing, and leading TogetherWork’s Technical Account Management (TAM) function as a paid premium support program.
- Focus on premium technical support, proactive customer health management, escalation ownership, operational excellence.
- Build the program from scratch and move quickly from concept to revenue.
- Define premium support offering, packaging/pricing, customer segments; launch pilot; support sales; establish service standards; generate revenue within six months.
- Ideal candidate has experience scaling premium support or TAM programs in SaaS/software environments.
- Must design operating model, manage escalations, supervise TAM team members, collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ensure proactive, coordinated, technically credible premium support for complex customers.
