About The Role

As “EMEA PMO Manager, Technical Services” you'll establish and scale PMO capabilities that drive regional success while contributing to global PMO strategy development. You'll build a high-performing distributed team of Program Managers and create excellence standards that ensure global alignment and regional effectiveness. In this strategic leadership role, you'll guide EMEA PMO operations through portfolio governance, talent development, and organizational transformation. Partnering with global PMO and Technical Services leadership teams, you'll champion regional expertise and cultural adaptation while translating global strategic priorities into successful regional outcomes across MongoDB’s diverse markets.
