Job Summary:

• Work with Client Operations team to ensure customers are properly submitted and enrolled with their requested Insurance Carrier and SimplyInsured platform.
• Integral role in providing outstanding service and smooth onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding of new groups from application to successful enrollment.
• Assist customers with annual benefits renewal and coverage or carrier changes.
• Use phone, text, and email for proactive onboarding support and issue reconciliation.
• Collaborate with revenue operations and support teams for high-satisfaction customer experience.
• Maintain detailed notes/records in Salesforce about customer accounts and interactions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales.
• Life and Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment.
• Positive, optimistic personality with strong customer empathy.
• Highly productive with multitasking skills.
• Experience working in high-volume, multi-channel environment.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to help businesses maximize healthcare.

• Base salary: $16/hour unlicensed; $17/hour licensed or upon obtaining license.
