Enablement Content Specialist - Job Description

About Riverside:

• AI-powered platform for content creators, podcasters, marketers at major brands (Netflix, Disney, Google, Microsoft).

About the Enablement Team:

• Empowers GTM teams with training and resources.
• Creates engaging enablement content from product knowledge and best practices.

Role Overview:

• Create, update, organize internal training materials.
• Work closely with Sales Enablement and cross-functional partners.
• Hands-on content role focused on learning product and enablement fundamentals.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Enablement Content Creation

• Build/update internal enablement materials: e-learning lessons, video walkthroughs, one-pagers.
• Support onboarding/reboarding content for customer-facing roles.
• Adapt existing materials into different formats (slides to guides, long-form to quick-reference).

Content Maintenance & Organization

• Keep enablement content up to date with evolving products, processes, messaging.
• Organize and tag content for easy internal access.
• Ensure materials follow enablement standards and templates.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience in instructional design, content development or related role (preferably Tech).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable creating content in LMS systems and tools like Articulate360 or similar.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, curious mindset; willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Interest in sales enablement, customer success enablement or internal training.
