About Builder Engagement:

What you’ll do:
- Join a world-class technical team with expertise in resilient web3 integrations and advanced decentralized applications (Ðapps).
- Work closely with ecosystem Builders integrating Consensys products.
- Define team technical approach on projects; responsible for technical deliverables under Solution Architect guidance.
- Team members have deep expertise in at least one Consensys product area: Back-end development (Node.js/Typescript), Mobile development (Typescript, React-Native, React.js), or Solidity development.
- Build alongside Builders in Agile teams to enhance development experience and integrations.
- Contribute to best practices enforcement and training/coaching team members.
- Become trusted expert on one or more Consensys products contributing global value.
Job Requirements:
Who we’re looking for:
- 7+ years experience as Software Engineer
- 2+ years as tech lead leading Senior Software Engineers
Mastery in one discipline:
- Back-end development: Typescript / Node.js (preferably Nest.js framework)
- Mobile development: Typescript, React-Native, React.js
Experience or willingness to learn other disciplines above
Strong knowledge of Blockchain technology and Ethereum ecosystem
Hands-on Web3 application development experience
Experience with live or production software projects
High testing standards: unit testing, integration testing, component testing
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps best practices
Agile software development experience
Client-facing experience engaging technical/non-technical customers
Bonus Points:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
- Interest/knowledge in QA/testing frameworks/best practices
- Experience deploying blockchain infrastructure
- Skills in Blockchain/smart contract development: Solidity/Ethereum, Wagmi/Viem or Ethers.js library
- Knowledge/experience in Trading platforms or Banking/Investment industry
- User or interest in Consensys products (MetaMask, Linea)
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Interest/experience in DevOps topics/Docker/Kubernetes

Additional Information:
Employment conditions include background checks (employment, education, criminal record). Salary range for US-based candidates: $156000—$187000 USD (excluding bonus/equity/benefits).
