🔍 What we're looking for

Aleph seeks a PE Engagement Manager to work hands-on with finance teams at PE-backed companies upgrading their FP&A infrastructure with Aleph. The role combines customer success with data analytics expertise. Responsibilities include onboarding customers onto Aleph, being primary contact for onboarding and daily usage as they expand Aleph use cases (reporting, budgeting, headcount planning). Role is key in scaling Aleph’s Private Equity motion by making onboarding repeatable and effective across portfolio companies. Collaborate with product and engineering teams by providing customer feedback.

👷 What you’ll be doing

  • Onboard PE-backed customers onto Aleph and support adoption of core FP&A workflows.
  • Determine and establish ways to enhance PE-backed customers’ FP&A setup with Aleph.
  • Develop lasting trust-based partnerships with finance teams at PE-backed companies.
  • Monitor usage metrics to identify adoption gaps and improve usage for assigned customers.
  • Act as voice of the customer by surfacing feedback and insights to product and engineering teams.

📝 About you

  • 3+ years experience in Private Equity or on finance team of a PE-backed company.
  • Ideally experience working at an early-stage tech startup.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets modeling.
  • Ownership mentality; excited to take on responsibility.
  • Passionate about working closely with customers.
  • Clear communicator able to build rapport.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in parallel.
  • Comfortable working on a remote team.
