- Location: This role is based 3 days per week out of our San Francisco, HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.
- Compensation: The annual cash compensation range for this position is $242,000–$262,000 in addition to equity & benefits.

The Team and Role
We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead our AI Products engineering team. The AI Products team owns the AI agents and intelligence layer powering Gem’s top-of-funnel products including sourcing, application review, and outbound campaigns. The team is responsible for building AI-powered experiences, as well as defining how we measure, evaluate, and improve model quality in production. More about us:
