Role Overview:

  • Position: Enterprise Account Executive on the Sales team.
  • Focus: New business sales to prospects and managing qualified leads from an enterprise sales development team.
  • Responsibilities include using personal prospecting skills to build pipeline and contributing to team best practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a key player on a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • Drive an effective sales process to meet or exceed quarterly goals.
  • Actively prospect beyond leads provided by Sales Development Representatives.
  • Build strong relationships through in-person meetings, events, and industry engagement to elevate Greenhouse’s market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Enterprise-level SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling six-figure deals.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in complex enterprise sales.
  • Experience with strategic prospecting.
  • HR tech sales experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
  • Unique talents and transferable skills are valued; not all qualifications must be met.
