Our mission is to build the world's most human AI phone agents. Thousands of businesses rely on Bland AI to automate customer conversations while delivering an experience customers actually enjoy. We're growing quickly, and marketing plays a critical role in that growth. Every campaign, event, product launch, and piece of content exists for one reason: generate pipeline and help enterprise companies discover Bland. We're looking for someone to make Bland's events impossible to ignore.

Why This Role Exists

Enterprise marketing shouldn't feel like enterprise marketing. We don't want to simply sponsor a booth, hand out swag, and hope people stop by. We want to create experiences that people genuinely want to attend, talk about, and remember. You'll own the strategy and execution behind Bland's events—from major industry conferences to intimate dinners and completely original activations designed for CIOs, CTOs, and other senior technology leaders. You'll travel extensively across the U.S., represent Bland at some of the most important events in enterprise technology, and create our own events from the ground up. This is a highly creative, highly social, highly execution-oriented role. We're looking for someone who can come up with the idea and make it happen.

What You'll Do

Create Unforgettable Events

Develop original concepts for events, dinners, experiences, and activations that enterprise technology leaders are genuinely excited to attend.
Think beyond traditional conference marketing. Find creative ways to make Bland stand out and create moments people want to talk about.

Own Our Conference Strategy

Identify the conferences and industry events where our highest-value prospects spend their time.
Own our presence from start to finish—from event selection and strategy to booth concepts, activations, meetings, dinners, staffing, logistics, and post-event follow-up.

Build Our Owned Events

Create intimate, high-quality experiences for CIOs, CTOs, and other senior executives at enterprise companies.
Develop event concepts, source venues, build guest lists, coordinate speakers and partners, manage invitations, and personally ensure the experience is exceptional.

Be the Face of Bland

Represent Bland at conferences, dinners, private events, and customer experiences across the country.
Build genuine relationships with executives, prospects, customers, partners, and industry leaders.
You should be someone people naturally want to spend time with.

Partner With Sales

Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify the accounts and executives we want in the room.
Turn events into meaningful enterprise relationships and measurable pipeline—not just attendance numbers.

Create the Experience

Obsess over the details: Venue. Food. Guest list. Entertainment. Speakers. Branding. Invitations. Gifts. Conversation. Follow-up.
Everything matters when you're trying to create an experience that people remember.

Travel & Execute

Travel frequently across the U.S. to conferences and events.
Be willing to roll up your sleeves and handle whatever needs to get done—from setting up an activation to hosting a dinner for 20 Fortune 500 executives.
