About the Role

As internal coaches we report into the Office of the CEO, where we are deeply embedded into Shopify's unique context and have full executive support. Our job is to provide the best possible coaching experience. Our mission is to accelerate potential, elevate performance and amplify the impact of Shopify’s leaders. We do this through our craft expertise, principled approach, systemic processes, and dynamic team engagement. We use data, tools, and mental models to support client self-awareness and capacity building. We are focused on helping leaders build on and leverage their strengths and navigate their individual challenges on the way to delivering on our mission. We support their mandate to practice extreme ownership, cultivate high-trust relationships and build high performing teams to deliver world-class results. The role requires full commitment to your Shopify practice and a dedication to building deep expertise in our unique leadership context. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Certified coach (Royal Roads, ICC, NVW, Newfield, CTI, etc) with extensive experience working as a coach in fast-paced, high-growth and complex organizations and environments
• Demonstrated track record of putting business acumen into practice to help leaders increase their leadership effectiveness and build high-trust, high-impact teams
• Enneagram certification and/or experience coaching with the Enneagram
• Experience building effective relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
• Team player who is both opinionated and humble
• Passion for continuous learning and mastering the craft of coaching
• Willingness to work in different time zones

Bonus Experience

• Experience leading or managing teams or team of teams
• Experience in other areas of Talent, e.g. Learning & Development, Business Partner, Organizational Development
• ICF or EMCC certification
• Experience working in a tech or SaaS company
• Multi-lingual
