Who We Need (Field Marketing Manager):

  • Own content and asset creation for community and events marketing programs targeting CFOs, finance leaders, and operators.
  • Translate event strategies into marketing assets driving attendance, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Connect community, events, demand generation, and brand teams.
  • Create event landing pages, email campaigns, social content, partner co-marketing assets, on-site materials.
  • Influence event attendance quality and follow-up actions.
  • Hybrid work in San Francisco or NYC offices with in-office days required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage marketing assets from concept to execution for community programs/events.
  • Develop event-specific landing pages, emails, social posts, co-marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Community & Events team on messaging and promotion strategy.
  • Set clear demand generation goals for events with funnel tracking.
  • Coordinate with demand gen to link campaigns to pipeline/attribution.
  • Create templates/playbooks for event promotion.
  • Work with brand/design for creative standards.
  • Test/improve messaging and asset performance.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6+ years in field marketing/demand generation/lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven success driving registrations/attendance/pipeline from events or community programs.
  • Strong copywriting/messaging skills; highly organized multitasker.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with events/demand gen/sales/brand teams.
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred; early-stage or fast-scaling startup experience preferred.
