We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to own the West Coast market pod, running high-impact events and in-market programs with a primary focus on dominating the San Diego and Los Angeles GovCon markets. This is an execution-first, in-person role where you'll be the face of GovDash in Southern California first, building deep roots, capturing content, and accelerating deals on the ground, before expanding your reach across the broader West Coast corridor. We're looking for someone who is deeply embedded in the San Diego GovCon community and has strong footholds in or around the LA market. As a market pod owner, you'll operate as the dedicated field presence for your region, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the West Coast sales pod to drive pipeline, build community presence, and own GovDash's brand on the ground. San Diego and LA are the priority; the broader corridor (Bay Area, Phoenix, Colorado Springs, Denver, Seattle) is your expansion runway. You'll flex across events, content, logistics, partner engagement, and cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing. This role is intentionally broad and built for someone who likes owning outcomes, not just tasks. Regular travel within Southern California is expected, with periodic travel across the broader West Coast corridor and select national tradeshows.
