About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist (FDE Strategist), you will work as part of a driven creative team including Engineers, Product Designers, and other Strategists deploying voice AI technology against challenging customer problems. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams into cohesive understanding of:

The most important problem,
Data meaning,
Product needs,
User motivations,
Potential impact.

Typical activities include:

Meet strategic customers to understand critical audio/voice AI needs & pain points.
Identify relevant use cases via deep engagement with customer problems/workflows; collaborate with Engineers to implement voice/audio AI technology solutions.
Design/architect bespoke integrations ensuring seamless fit into customer products/operations.
Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice/audio AI models for maximum effectiveness.
Present results/proposals to audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives.
Collaborate with Research/Product teams incorporating field insights into software products & AI models.
Build/deliver compelling demos of voice/audio AI technology to new/existing customers.
Scope potential applications in new industries; expand AI solutions globally across sectors.
Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners; hands-on delivery of high-impact solutions.
Collaborate daily with customers' engineering/executive teams ensuring optimal implementation.

Requirements

Experience working with customers in a technical capacity (including student clubs or side projects if interested).
Basic proficiency in Python; understanding API integration for scripting/prototyping/demo building.
Excellent communication/problem-solving skills; ability to summarize complex technical concepts logically pursuing optimal solutions.
Proven track record taking ownership of complex projects delivering results.
Adaptability working across different customer environments/technical use cases.
Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice/audio AI models & applications.

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. Optionally work from offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Warsaw.
