Role: Forward Deployed Engineer, v0

What You Will Do:

• Own end-to-end implementations with enterprise customers from kickoff through production.
• Understand customer pain points and translate into product solutions; provide feedback to engineering/product teams.
• Build internal tools/processes for efficiency and scalability in FDE function.
• Collaborate with GTM, product, core engineering teams on large-scale projects.
• Run on-site workshops discovery sessions technical enablement with enterprise customers.
• Maintain/operate solutions at high scale ensuring security and reliability.
• Implement identity synchronization/lifecycle management using SCIM SSO SAML other enterprise standards.
• Work with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform AWS CloudFormation Kubernetes).
• Build/maintain software using TypeScript Next.js React REST APIs contribute to v0 codebase.
• Practice AI-assisted development daily (v0 Cursor Claude Codex).

About You:

Core qualifications:

• Power user of AI coding tools (v0 Cursor Claude Codex).
• Proficient in Next.js React TypeScript comfortable in production codebase.
• Experience in GTM-adjacent engineering roles (Forward Deployed Engineer Sales Engineer etc.).
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers (discovery trust-building).
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
• Strong problem-solving communication skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously in fast-moving environment.

Bonus points:

• Experience with enterprise integration: SSO account provisioning RBAC implementation.
• Relationship building: internal champions cultivation workshops.
• Security/legal experience: translating requirements navigating procurement legal reviews.
• SQL skills for customer health/usage analysis.
• Familiarity with access control models (RBAC ABAC ReBAC).
• Background in cloud infrastructure/distributed systems (AWS Kubernetes Terraform).
