The Forward Deployment Strategist (FDS) is a high-impact, technical-commercial hybrid responsible for the successful operationalization of Dynamo within our most strategic accounts. You will act as the bridge between Dynamo’s engineering capabilities and our customers’ business imperatives. You are ensuring that Dynamo is not just "installed," but deeply integrated into the customer’s value chain. About the Role We are looking for Forward Deployed Strategists to help enterprise customers successfully deploy and operationalize AI systems in real-world environments. This role sits at the intersection of customer strategy, technical deployment, and commercial execution. You will work directly with enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities, shape deployment strategies, and drive successful implementation of Dynamo AI’s platform across customer environments. Forward Deployed Strategists act as the connective layer between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams. You will help organizations move from experimentation toward durable production adoption — ensuring deployments deliver measurable business outcomes while meeting enterprise requirements around governance, reliability, security, and performance. This is a highly cross-functional role for individuals who enjoy solving ambiguous operational problems, working closely with customers, and translating complex AI capabilities into practical enterprise value.
