About the role
- As a Deployed GxP Director, you own the outcome: winning the customer, deploying the platform, and delivering ROI.
- Lead a dedicated pod including Deployed GxP Specialists (implementations) and BDRs (pipeline generation).
- Maximize confirmed ROI through successful deployments.
- Leadership role for a technical expert able to re-architect customer operations.
- Deconstruct company workflows and design new processes eliminating friction.
- Command authority with C-level executives and PhD scientists; close deals based on credibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end customer relationships from first conversation through contract, deployment, expansion.
- Closing complex technical deals with executives and scientists.
- Setting strategy for your pod and owning commercial outcomes.
- Working closely with Deployed GxP Specialists to re-architect workflows and unblock deployments.
- Coaching and growing a BDR generating pipeline in your territory.
- Presenting results, proposals, future roadmap directly to customer executive teams.
- Feeding field insights back into Seal’s product and go-to-market strategy.
Significant travel worldwide expected; onsite presence required. We are a small team of highly dedicated people focused on detail. Requires deep technical background (e.g., Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology). Experience in quality management or automation or life sciences highly beneficial. The challenge is immense and standards are absolute; seeking motivated candidates.
