The Opportunity

We are hiring a Founding Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our product, customers, and market. You'll own go-to-market strategy for product launches, build compelling messaging, and create content that showcases customer value and success. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, positioning, and enabling sales with the right narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly differentiate Collectly in the market.
  • Lead GTM plans for new product launches and feature rollouts, including messaging, collateral, and enablement.
  • Create high-impact customer marketing assets; case studies, testimonials, video spotlights, and customer stories.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to amplify customer advocacy and expand adoption.
  • Drive voice-of-customer initiatives, gathering feedback and insights to inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement resources (battle cards, pitch decks, one-pagers) along with the support of head of sales enablement.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to refine Collectly's positioning.

What Success Looks Like:

Within the first 90 days:

  • Rapidly ramp on product, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), competitive landscape - becoming deeply fluent in how we win.
  • Refine core positioning and upgrade key messaging and sales assets.
  • Deliver enablement used in active deals and stand up a repeatable GTM launch framework.
  • Identify gaps in positioning/selling & begin closing them.

Over two quarters:

  • Improved win rates & sales efficiency via stronger positioning/enablement.
  • Consistent high-quality product/feature launches.
  • Steady pipeline of customer proof (case studies & references).
  • Clear differentiated category narrative aligned across Product/Sales/Marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing or Customer Marketing in SaaS healthcare tech environment.
  • Background in healthcare or RCM or EHR ecosystems preferred.
  • Strong storytelling ability translating technical features into clear customer benefits.
  • Experience building GTM launch plans & enablement assets driving adoption.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable interviewing customers; building case studies; creating advocacy programs.
  • Highly collaborative across Product/Sales/Marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools/platforms preferred.
