Summary

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to join HeyCharge and serve as an extension of our founding team. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team on a wide range of strategic, operational, and special projects — from investor materials and market analysis to internal process optimization and product launches. If you’ve ever wanted a front-row seat to how a venture-backed startup scales globally, this is it. One week you might be refining a financial model or preparing for a board meeting; the next, you’re helping coordinate a product rollout or streamlining how information flows across teams. HeyCharge is a Munich-based startup on a mission to make EV charging more accessible, reliable, and affordable. While hardware is required for EV charging, it’s incidental to our core offering: our powerful platform simplifies the entire lifecycle of EV charger management. From installation and billing to monitoring and load management, HeyCharge enables property operators to offer EV charging as an amenity without the complexity. As a full-service Charge Point Operator (CPO) in Germany, we work with leading property owners and asset managers to deliver turnkey charging solutions. At the same time, our patented SecureCharge technology powers a global platform, allowing other CPOs and OEMs to build their own services with offline-capable, cost-effective, and secure charging infrastructure. With backing from leading investors (including Y Combinator) and a growing international footprint, HeyCharge is scaling rapidly across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Support fundraising, investor relations, and business development, including research, materials, and meeting preparation.
Drive internal alignment by coordinating priorities, OKRs, and key company processes.
Support operations, product, and finance with data-driven analysis and process improvements.
Create presentations, reports, and dashboards that translate complex ideas into clear narratives.
Jump into urgent problems or opportunities — wherever leverage is highest.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and communication skills; you can go from spreadsheet to slide deck without losing the thread.
Background in business, engineering, finance, or a related field (consulting, VC, or startup experience a plus).
Comfortable working across functions — strategy, product, ops, finance,and tech.
Highly organized,self-directed,and resourceful — you get things done even when the path isn’t obvious.
Tech-savvyand data-curious; experience with tools like Google Workspace , Notion , HubSpot ,and automation platforms is a plus.
Thrives in fast-paced,dynamic environmentsand loves wearing multiple hats.
