About the Role:

  • Hiring first Account Executive to shape Concourse's go-to-market strategy.
  • Mission: drive revenue growth by building strategic customer relationships to onboard and scale Concourse's impact.
  • Work with finance teams and CFOs across mid-market to large enterprises.
  • Own full sales cycle from first contact to close.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and CEO to build scalable sales systems, assets, and playbooks.
  • High-impact role suited for someone who enjoys selling in zero-to-one environments and wants to shape core revenue functions of an AI company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own sales journey: discovery to pilot, negotiation, and closing deals that establish long-term partnerships.
  • Navigate complex enterprise environments including procurement, contracts, integrations, multi-stakeholder decisions.
  • Build scalable GTM infrastructure: CRM workflows, sales tools, demo scripts, qualification frameworks, renewal/expansion playbooks.
  • Engage buyers at all levels: CFOs, controllers, FP&A heads; translate value into business metrics.
  • Drive expansion & reference value: establish customers as references; design upsell and multi-thread engagement mechanisms.
  • Provide customer feedback to influence product and GTM evolution.

About You:

  • 4+ years experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment.
  • Strong discovery skills; ask sharp questions linking pain points to value.
  • Clear communicator able to engage finance leaders and translate technical/AI value into business outcomes.
  • Founder-like mindset; enjoys building processes and playbooks for scalable GTM motion.
  • Scrappy, idea-driven; thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments requiring high ownership.
  • Preferred but not required: familiarity with finance systems/workflows; fintech or enterprise data-SaaS selling experience; early GTM hire or building GTM infrastructure experience.
