- The listed compensation applies to candidates who will be based out of or relocating to San Francisco Bay Area, CA. Compensation for remote candidates residing outside of the bay area is determined by location tiers and corresponding benchmarks. These tiers are based on cost of labor—not cost of living.
🏥 What We Do At Vitalize, we are building the OS for hospital operations, starting with staffing & scheduling optimization. Labor is 60% of the P&L of American healthcare. However, hospital’s core processes to manage and optimize labor live on paper, spreadsheets, or through departments of 20+ FTEs. Vitalizes transforms these processes from painstakingly tedious to autonomous , freeing up thousands of hours and reducing labor costs by 8-figures. 🪓 About the role We're approaching near 8-figures in ARR and are on track to be the fastest growing company in enterprise healthcare. We’re hiring for a Founding AE to help us build the best enterprise GTM motion in healthcare and scale Vitalize take us from $10M to $100M in ARR. You’ll be selling our software to health systems and work directly with our CEO to build Vitalize Care’s GTM organization. 🥇 Skills 2+ years of enterprise sales experience. Proven track record of closing high 6 figure and 7 figure enterprise contracts. Ability to “make something out of nothing.” We’re excited about individuals who identify creative avenues to identify leads and scale our pipeline.
