- Work directly with the founder and others on all areas of the product.
- Architect, develop and maintain high-quality software. You9ll take ownership over broad areas of the development process.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior developers. This includes helping to hire junior developers to grow the engineering team.

Experience requirements:
- Strong experience working with modern coding tools (such as Codex and Cursor)
- Strong experience working with AI (such as via LangGraph or comparable systems)
- Experience with Typescript and Python is preferred
