About the role
We are looking for a Product Operation to help us scale the bridge between operations, product, implementation, and customer success. This is a full-time remote role for someone who is highly analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable turning operational problems into scalable product workflows. You will lead operational initiatives, define and track KPIs, improve internal processes, support customer onboarding, and help translate frontline operational needs into product requirements. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams, and you should enjoy building systems from zero to one.
Responsibilities
- Lead and improve operational workflows across onboarding, implementation, customer success, and product operations
- Define, track, and report on KPIs across key business and operational functions
- Identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes to improve speed, quality, and customer outcomes
- Translate operational needs into product requirements, MVPs, internal tools, and automation workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize improvements based on customer and operations feedback
- Support project execution from planning through delivery
- Gather and analyze data to generate actionable insights
