About the Role

• Help scale the bridge between operations, product, implementation, and customer success.
• Lead operational initiatives, define and track KPIs, improve internal processes, support customer onboarding, translate operational needs into product requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Build systems from zero to one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve workflows across onboarding, implementation, customer success, and product operations.
• Define, track, report KPIs across business and operational functions.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes to improve speed, quality, customer outcomes.
• Translate operational needs into product requirements, MVPs, internal tools, automation workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to prioritize improvements based on feedback.
• Support project execution from planning through delivery.
• Gather/analyze data for actionable insights.
• Improve communication/hand-offs across sales, operations, product, customer success.
• Build lightweight tools/workflows/dashboards for internal execution.
• Create repeatable playbooks as company scales.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work across teams.
• Experience in operations/product operations/sales operations/implementation/customer success operations.
• Proven project management skills; ability to plan/execute/track initiatives.
• Experience leading operations teams or owning operational KPIs.
• Highly organized/detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple priorities remotely.
• Experience building MVPs/internal tools or translating operational problems into product solutions.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, plugins, MCPs or similar automation tools.
• Experience developing products/automations/internal projects used in production is a plus.
• Background in healthcare/therapy practices/RCM/intake/insurance verification/prior authorization is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
