Role Overview for Founding Software Engineer:

• Build and ship core product features across stack (Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, event-driven systems, third-party integrations).
• Own the lifecycle: work directly with customers to understand needs, scope solutions, and deliver outcomes.
• Move fast when it matters: balance quick MVP delivery with scalable foundations.
• Raise the bar by using best practices (testing, documentation, reliability, security) and help others do the same.

• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure.
• Ability to work directly with customers/non-tech stakeholders to scope and deliver solutions.
• Demonstrated drive through personal projects or ownership of challenging projects.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Early-stage startup experience especially in AI, voice platforms or event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, serverless, distributed systems).
• Evidence of customer empathy (support experience, founder experience or solving real user pain).
