Role Overview (FP&A Product Support):
- Position: Product Support Specialist.
- Acts as trusted advisor to customers to unlock full potential of FP&A platform.
- Combines technical expertise, financial knowledge, and communication skills to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Advisory: Primary contact for customers; provide support via email/live calls; user guidance and training; support diverse industries.
- Technical Problem Solving: Diagnose technical/data issues; analyze financial models/datasets; manage support tickets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering on bugs; collaborate with Product for feedback; support international customer base.
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years in technical support (preferably SaaS), application support, or FP&A/financial modeling roles.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel; BI tools a plus.
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable in fast-paced global environment.
