About the role
We believe that our UX is a key differentiator. We invest heavily in UI, aiming for a snappy and intuitive experience. We believe in Product-Led Growth, that even enterprise adoption of software tools starts with individual users and the way to get there is through creating a user experience that gets customers to answer quickly. We are investing in amazing UX at every touchpoint: website, help docs, dev docs, community, contacting support, asking sales for a demo, etc. This work is high-impact as it affects not only the immediate business goals of driving sign-ups but will have a long-lasting impact on our brand.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with our Product teams you’ll be building out frameworks, components and user experiences that set Coulomb apart.
- Some upcoming projects include:
- Contributing to and improving our current dashboard
- Expanding the vision and interaction design of our online experiences
- Building a consistent and seamless experience across all of Coulomb’s public-facing surface areas (developer docs, help docs, marketing site, blog, etc.)
- Ability to plan, iterate and ship ideas quickly
Ideally you'd have
- Experience in building enterprise software products
- Rock solid understanding of Html, CSS, Javascript, DOM Manipulation, React, MySQL, REST APIs
- Focus on design and creating engaging user experiences
- Experience with rendering performance and responsive web design
- Experience in bringing clarity to ambiguous problems and taking ownership
Nice to have
- Experience building interactive visualisations with D3, Svelte or other libraries and frameworks
- Interest in data science, statistics or machine learning
- Interest in or experience with user interface design, big data visualisation
