Job Description

We are looking for a top-level computer programmer who is comfortable with both frontend and backend programming. Much of what you do will be starting from scratch. You can expect a lot of autonomy; in return we expect you to have a strong sense of ownership and desire to help shape the future direction of the company. The developer will have a chance to work directly with core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:

Developing frontend and backend architectures.
Designing interactive sites.
Developing backend applications.
Creating servers and databases for functionality.
Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
Building out our proprietary home price prediction model.
Designing and developing APIs.
Meeting technical and consumer needs.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 5 years programming experience with both frontend and backend exposure preferred.
Proficient English communication skills.
Proficiency in frontend languages: JavaScript (ReactJS, NextJS).
Proficiency in backend languages/frameworks: NestJS (including NestJS Microservices), Typescript, ExpressJS, Eslint, TypeORM.
Experience with database technologies: PostgreSQL (PGSQL) and MongoDB.
Familiarity with machine learning (ML) and big data concepts.
