What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring full-stack robotics engineers to keep The Grid operational and push its limits. This is a hands-on, high-impact role based full-time on-site in Western Massachusetts for a minimum of two years. After that, relocation to a future Grid site or a remote transition may be possible. You’ll be embedded directly in the factory, owning both physical and software systems: tuning camera networks, fixing robot reliability issues, deploying new subsystems, and driving bold experiments to increase throughput. This is not a “write tickets, wait for ops” job. You are the ops.
