About the Practice:
- True mixed-animal practice with services across species:
- Small animal: wellness exams, dental care, surgery, diagnostics
- Equine: lameness, reproduction, dentistry, ultrasound, digital radiology
- Large animal / food animal: herd checks, vaccinations, reproductive services, dairy work, small ruminants
- Mobile services: farm calls throughout the region alongside in-clinic appointments
- Team includes multiple DVMs with specialties in equine lameness and reproduction, acupuncture and chiropractic, dairy and small ruminants.
- Support staff includes Registered Veterinary Technicians and veterinary assistants.
- Offers mentorship and collaboration with diverse caseload.

- Competitive salary $120,000–$160,000 based on experience with PROSAL.

What We're Looking For:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).
- Active or eligible Ohio veterinary license (PA and WV licensure a plus).
- Comfort or genuine interest in mixed-animal practice; willingness to learn across species.
- Strong communication skills and genuine care for clients and patients.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- New graduates warmly welcomed with full mentorship provided.
