About the Practice:

  • True mixed-animal practice with services across species:
  • Small animal: wellness exams, dental care, surgery, diagnostics
  • Equine: lameness, reproduction, dentistry, ultrasound, digital radiology
  • Large animal / food animal: herd checks, vaccinations, reproductive services, dairy work, small ruminants
  • Mobile services: farm calls throughout the region alongside in-clinic appointments
  • Team includes multiple DVMs with specialties in equine lameness and reproduction, acupuncture and chiropractic, dairy and small ruminants.
  • Support staff includes Registered Veterinary Technicians and veterinary assistants.
  • Offers mentorship and collaboration with diverse caseload.

What's Offered:

  • Competitive salary $120,000–$160,000 based on experience with PROSAL.

What We're Looking For:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).
  • Active or eligible Ohio veterinary license (PA and WV licensure a plus).
  • Comfort or genuine interest in mixed-animal practice; willingness to learn across species.
  • Strong communication skills and genuine care for clients and patients.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • New graduates warmly welcomed with full mentorship provided.
