Role Description
As a Full-Stack Product Engineer on the Dropbox DocSend team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of secure document management, sharing, and tracking. Your responsibilities will revolve around developing and enhancing our product to deliver exceptional user experiences — working closely with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into robust, scalable, and user-friendly features. You will also have the opportunity to drive high impact and have high ownership in a smaller, startup-like team. DocSend is one of Dropbox's fastest-growing businesses — we have a double-digit growth rate year over year, and are looking for engineers who are eager to contribute to continuing this trajectory! Responsibilities
- Ability to handle full-stack projects and deliver minimum viable products efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective tradeoffs between technical requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Participate in the process of continuous deployment, including code reviews and deploys.
- Participate in on-call rotations, which entails being available for calls during both core and non-core business hours.
- Debug customer issues using logs, metrics, and traces.
- Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements
- 2+ years software engineering experience.
- BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails and React.
- Experience with large-scale web applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Typescript.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Knowledge of HAML.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
Compensation
- US Zone 2: $151,500–$204,900 USD annually.
- US Zone 3: $134,600–$182,200 USD annually.
- Not available in Zone 1.
US Zones correspond to specific geographic areas defined by zip codes; compensation varies accordingly.
