GenAI Cloud Developer

What is The Role:
Build and integrate Generative AI capabilities to boost workforce productivity; design and deliver Elastic-powered AI solutions.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Contribute to AI strategy and implement AI infrastructure and solutions.
- Develop generative AI models (e.g., Azure OpenAI, GPT-4, BERT).
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Data management for training and fine-tuning AI models.
- Train, fine-tune, deploy AI models; create APIs; integrate into applications.
- Optimize performance and scalability of AI models.
- Maintain documentation and implement security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated on latest AI developments.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering or related field.
- Experience with generative AI models including NLP or computer vision.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (Microsoft Cognitive Services, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Knowledge of Elastic stack solutions (Elasticsearch Relevance Engine (ESRE), Elastic Learned Sparse EncodeR (ELSER), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)).
- Programming skills in Python, TypeScript or similar.
- Experience with frameworks Langchain, LangGraph, LangSmith.
- Familiarity with LLMs like Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, ChatGPT Enterprise.
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- DevOps/automation/CI/CD tools knowledge (GitHub, Terraform).
- Kubernetes Operators & Controllers development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ethical and responsible AI development practices.
