Global Learning Operations & Governance Manager
Location: United States
Role Summary:
- Senior enterprise-level leader responsible for architecting the AI-enabled operating system powering ENGAGE (Training Operations Team) globally.
- Establishes and leads the Global Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Designs a scalable hub-and-spoke model for predictable, revenue-aligned, financially disciplined outcomes.
- Embeds automation, analytics, governance, and commercial rigor into Learning & Enablement operations.

- Requires predictive visibility, automation-first execution, globally consistent governed operations.
- Enables ENGAGE to operate with repeatable economics and measurable capacity and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Center of Excellence: operating standards, governance, tooling, analytics.
- Design hub-and-spoke model balancing global consistency with regional execution.
- Standardize planning cadences, decision rights, playbooks, forecasting frameworks.
- Embed accountability in QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews), global reviews.
- Enhance AI-first operating roadmap with real-time KPIs and predictive signals.
- Institutionalize intelligent intake workflows and automation in scheduling/forecasting/certification/partner management.
- Establish governance principles for AI ensuring reliability and transparency.
- Define best-in-class revenue practices: SKU governance/forecasting discipline/revenue recognition guardrails.
- Translate operational gains into commercial impact: capacity unlocks/utilization improvement.
- Partner with Revenue Operations/Finance for reporting/P&L transparency.
- Build globally consistent environment for planning/reporting/exception management.
- Ensure audit resilience/compliance readiness globally.
- Lead global adoption of standardized processes/AI-enabled workflows.
- Act as strategic advisor on scale/risk/operating evolution.
Success Metrics:
- Predictable standardized global operating model with executive-ready reporting.
- Real-time predictive visibility into demand/capacity/performance/exceptions.
- Conversion of operational improvements into capacity unlocks/revenue uplift.
- Automation and AI embedded reducing manual overhead significantly.
- High regional adoption of CoE standards/tooling.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in GTM Operations/Revenue Operations/Program Leadership in global high-growth tech companies.
- Experience building/scaling enterprise operating models/governance programs.
- Success leading automation/analytics/AI-driven transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
- Deep commercial fluency including forecasting/revenue operations/utilization economics/P&L drivers.
- Strong partnership experience with Finance/Legal/Strategy/Revenue leadership.
- Exceptional analytical rigor and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to audit processes/SOX readiness/public-company financial controls.
- Familiarity with SaaS/data/AI/cloud business models.
- Experience leading global change management initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms or Databricks products.
- Success embedding AI into operational workflows at scale.
Pay Range (Base Salary):
Zone 1: $148,600—$204,250 USD Zone 2: $133,700—$183,800 USD Zone 3: $126,200—$173,600 USD Zone 4: $118,900—$163,450 USD Databricks is a data and AI company headquartered in San Francisco.
