Job Description

  • Drive talent acquisition for high-impact, revenue-generating roles (Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering)
  • Understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders across geographies
  • Ensure high-touch candidate experience and deliver high-quality candidates
  • Evaluate direct applicants and source passive candidates through multiple channels
  • Partner with People Team on TA initiatives and processes
  • Treat all applicants with respect and keep them informed during the interview process
  • Develop best practices to improve recruitment effectiveness and reduce Time to Fill (TTF)
  • Proven track record using LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and brand engagement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience in SaaS B2B or fast-paced tech environment
  • Success recruiting revenue-generating roles including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing
  • Startup or hyper-growth experience preferred
  • Skilled in building pipelines of passive and active candidates
  • Experience with sourcing strategies aligned with DE&I initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with candidates and hiring managers throughout interview lifecycle
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders using data-driven market insights
  • Experience leveraging social media platforms for candidate pipeline building
  • Ability to manage requisitions across multiple departments/geographies under tight deadlines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, focused on process efficiency and speed using data (e.g., Time to Fill) for improvements
  • Expert knowledge of Greenhouse applicant tracking system

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in operational/strategic recruiting process enhancements
  • Experience pivoting from engineering to other business units recruiting support
  • Started career in technical recruiting within an agency setting

Compensation Range

$108,000 – $130,000 (U.S. range; actual offer may vary based on experience, competencies, geographic market)
